Got a donor driver's door from salvage yard.. Same colour (yipeee!!) The window is heavily scratched with vertical lines. Iz that just crap inthe rubber trim to clean out or something more? Willswap the glasd but don't want it scratched.. Ta for the help, much appreciated  |

Bollocks was it! The previous owner was clearly attacked by a bear and had his head ripped off, hence the car is in the scrap yard. |

If you are swapping the glass out of your old door just swap the runner rubbers too. Lightly oil with olive oil and remove any tiny scratches with tooth paste or jewelers polish.
Source - 30 years as a mechanic. |
