Draughtsmen, Cad Ops, Engineers- lend me your ears

Well your technical expertise actually.

I've got a technical document with some dimensions on it I don't recognise, and I can't find an answer anywhere- so the fab knowledge bank is my last hope.

On the drawing is a road marking showing the reference point on the left and the road marking to the right with (50) (75) 100 as dimensions above it (below the (75) are to delineation lines ( | | ) to signify the outer edges of the line).

Try as I might, I can't find any info as what exactly they relate to, be it the line width and tolerances or if one is a indication of distance to the reference point etc.

Can anyone solve this mystery, or do I need to track down Scooby Doo or The A-Team?
