For me it would be something to show they've read my profile and they fit what I'm looking for.

Something that shows you've read the persons profile would be a good start. Maybe include a face picture.

It should be something that shows they have a personality and shows they have done more than just perving the pics. Not that there is anything wrong with perving pics lol but they should read the text as well.

we try and include something personal to them - either from a status, pic or profile text
