I've been there a few times
I'm Sicillian by birth but lived in the UK since i was a kid
I still have family in Sicily and go over most year's and on a few accessions gone over to Sandinia
You can get a boat from San Vito Lo Capo to Porto Sa Ruxi for the day, its a heck of a drive to San Vito Lo Capo though as most of my famly are in Pachino
