Not sure of how many F1 fans on here but gutted Hamilton is at the back of the grid
Anyone going to stay up to watch the race?
On a side note did you see the hot girl with the ill fitting shirt in the Lamborghini earlier on in the programme? |

Was too busy watching the F1 stuff to notice if someone in a sports programme is attractive. |

A Fan here
LW at the back should make for more interesting coverage as he is a born racer and should be coming through the field with some great overtakes I hope.....
Button and Alonso unlucky as well.........
Glad to see a return to the old style shoot out of quali though |

"F-1?Is that that convoy with 4 wheels on each one?
2 wheels too many
Rather watch grass grow or paint dry "
Ha ha, we used to have a bike and be motogp/superbike fans, so I fully understand what you're saying!! |

"There's quite a few visit the forums. We're both petrolheads and like you, gutted about Lewis' grid position. Should make for some good passes though."
Really hope so, great performance from Ricciardo and Raikkonen though.
Exciting race coming up hopefully! |

"Yes should be a exciting race, just don't want Hamilton getting too far behind in the Drivers Championship. Hopefully he can make a podium finish!"
Making the podium really depends on what the team do with his car and if they get it right..... He has a full set of fresh tyres so this will be an advantage depending on strategy..... He may decide to go for a long one and cut down on pit stops..... Be interesting what ever |

Agreed, hopefully we will see LH at his best, the Mercs are obviously faster here so who knows! |

"Both big F1 fans here, neither of us are Hamilton fans though. I (Mrs) very much prefer Jenson Button in the phwoar he's hot kinda way "
In some of his interviews he's sometimes difficult to warm to tbh, but we're both big Mercedes fans/enthusiasts as well
Lucinda prefers Button as well in the phwoar factor!! |

Yes he does seem quite postive, the mercs are so good once his luck comes in he will soon be back on top. Hopefully he won't ruin his tyres too much coming through the pack! |

Think nico has had a bad press, he is definately better than he gets credit for.
Good to see kimi back up there, he needs it if he wants a job again next year.
Prefer button to hamilton, although i know hamilton can drive any car fast just ljke alonso and button needs to have the car underhim.
Considering that button has constantly been told he's away to be found out, he has kept all his team mates honest, both hamilton and alonso, so credit where credit is due.
Think the stand in last race showed just how easy (relatively) they are to drive now there is no way he should be able to step in and be up to pace, i know button got unlucky in his finally qually, and that alonso helped with getting the car set up, but a rookie should be half a second slower.
at the very top, 0.1s can make a difference, but in the middle, 0.3 isn't as big a deal. Why pay for a superstar when a rookie can almost do the same. Cars need to be unleashed and more about drivers again.

I think the raised minimum tyre pressure is going to be a problem for him tomorro. It's fooked the tyre wear, which obviously isn't going to help his cause. See how he goes tomorro but getting twitchy for a win now! Lol |
