I'm not going to buy anything out of the ordinary but I might go 'off-piste' for a change in here

I think it must be well over a year since I proactively contacted anyone that wasn't actually on the Fab Forums so, just for a change, I might widen my horizons beyond just the usual small subset on here and take a peek at some local non-Forumite Fabbers and drop a line or two! I mean - what's the worst that can happen, right?

I'm expecting instant deletes, blocks and totally ignored messages etc etc but it'll be like going old school again! For one weekend only

Looking at houses... Be nice to purchase a second home as an investment. Hopefully the craze of trying to but before 1st April has died down now and properties in nt area are a little more realistic
