Whilst driving home I happened to gaze across at a solitary wind turbine,lazily swooping around on the hillside.
If someone from several hundreds of years ago, happened to see one with no knowledge of what they were I imagine it would appear terrifying to them.
What do you think would be terrifying if you'd never seen one before or any knowledge of it? |

I imagine in the past when people who had never seen or even heard of things like Bears and Lions, seeing them in the wild for the first time must have been a surreal experience. Easy to see where myths of monsters and mythical beasts came from 
A loud motorbike or lorry would probably be a bit scary because of the noise |

Vanessa Felch .... I mean , what the fuck is it's purpose ? !!! It's on the telly , in magazines . It's like trying to avoid the fucking poll tax , you can't get away from it , it's everywhere !!! |
