Just arrived in Thailand for a relaxing 3 week break and wandering if any of you fabbers out there have got any tips on what to see and do and not just naughty things either lol.

I would suggest going to the markets, the national parks and the grand palace. If you have time the full moon parties are great. There is just to much to list really, throw yourself in. Have fun X |

Had to laugh....I'm in the usa....and I'm on the phone too....anyhow...big mistake is to stay in Bangkok too long....two or three days...then out...chang mai trekking....southern islands...koh samui....full moon...buy lonely planet...as already said....!!!!!! |

Chiang Mai is a bit of a cliche but ok, the south is full of backpackers and bars, whatever. It's pretty 'cept for all the tourists.
We staying in a wonderful place off the trail called Ayutthaya

It was my first time in the tropics and it was soo fucking hot that the tuk-tk driver, trying to sell us various guesthouses, pulled up at one with a swimming pool. I ran from the tuk-tuk, dived in the pool with all my clothes on and said WE'RE STAYING HERE.
