Why do anxiety attacks always choose 3am to decide they need a chat right now? I swear mine has an alarm clock grrrrrr

Sky is suffering with them at the moment. Because I have never had them I can't really understand what she feels like. It's difficult isn't it?

I've been doing really well for the last few months, mindset training has really helped but start my new career tomorrow (today) so it's hit me, and no sleep is just what you need for starting a new job
