For me. It's hubby squeezing my butt. I can't fall asleep otherwise.

I used to listen to audio books in bed, usually woke up to find out my mp3 player's battery is dead

I finish work to 7am but I've found a good hour long 15 mile bike ride before I hit the sack has been helping me sleep a lot better just lately.

Being so tired I can't stay awake gets me to sleep. Unfortunately I wake up easily once I am asleep. Tonight I was awakened by my son coming home early from work and my body pain is stopping me from falling back to sleep. I'm trying to take my mind off of it by playing games on my phone and browsing here. It's not working

When the DVD stops I wake up & go , "Ah bollocks".

Then I get back in bed & try for some zzzzzzzzssss. xx

Having my hair stroked will put me out like a light instantly - Bradley only has to touch my hair for my eyes to start rolling back.
