same place every year since i moved here - trail of ants from the front door along the hall - round the corner into downstairs loo - very orderly and no fighting - but never there more than a couple of days once i put down the white powder - house looks like we hae the plague with its whiteline across the front doorstep  |

i have a small row of flagstones - lifted them and powdered the ant trails there in the past ) fascinating to watch btw) but must go under the tarmac drive - or lawn and im not lifting them - they dont do any harm and the kids say yay the warmer weather is on its way when we see them - |

An ex neighbour of mine saw his block paved driveway turn from snooker table flat to the surface of the moon because the ants moved the sand from under the blocks. |
