You know he's not coming unless you're laying in bed in your curlers, and you have to open the door to him with death breath,sleepy eyes and your holey dressing gown. There will be a nice,steaming lump of cat/dog poop perfuming the air too. |

I had this recently.
The appointment I was offered was on a day I was on the late shift. I was promised first appointment of 8am. No one came. I rang the woman who arranged it, for her to say she doesn't recall arranging the 8am one.
I then arranged for it to be done on the day I was off....that wasn't passed on either!!! |
