"Whats your biggest achievement for just you. This isnt about raising children but something that just affects you"
Bit weird but; being happy with who I am. That was a long road, but I think I am there and life is so much better. |

Hmm, good question. Sadly my biggest achievement so far was years ago when I made the law review. Marc just got his second book contract with a serious publisher so I think that's probably his biggest so far.
Buying a house was up there, too, but looking back I think it was more a mistake than anything else. |

"Walking away from 24 years of marriage and doing really well as a singleton personally and professionally "
Similar - having the courage to tell my ex to leave after 20 years having known nothing else as I met him straight from school.
Adjusting to life as a single/co-parenting mother of 2, new job etc has been a challenge but I've never been happier!! |

i know i bore everyone with it all the time but my biggest achievement so far is my running.
If you'd have asked me 3 years ago to run 11 miles to my sisters house then go off and take the pony out on a walk the day after tailrunning Worcester parkrun with a friend i would have laughed in your face!! |

Mine is about raising children though- you can't put your definition on it- it's personal to everyone. |

It was to learn Spanish. I started 1 year ago and now I can hold a basic discussion and understand things, also I can almost conjugate verbs like a pro, the reason I started is cos in a few years time, we are moving to spain, its a fun language to learn, cant wait to have siestas under the palm trees |

Deleted the first because it was probably a bit too identifying..
Three things I suppose.. first is dealing with being diagnosed with a life-affecting condition without going to pieces.. second is linked in that I lost a lot of weight, which I've managed to keep off, and third is making a satisfying career change.. |

It's difficult to quantify. I'd feel rather self indulgent sporting out achievements but I guess I'm proud of the fact I love life and want to keep learning and experiencing. |

Our biggest joint achievement was getting on the housing market at 21 & 23. Most of our friends & family thought we were just talking shit when we said we were going to buy our own place.
It was challenging and we made quite a few sacrifices but so worth it.
Mine - When I first started my job, I thought that I wouldnt last the month before quitting. I've been there over 11 years now. |

Personal achievement, after all these years of wanting to sing I've actually got off my arse, over come my shyness & am now doing it. Not professionally, but just being able to perform in front of others has given me a sense of purpose & new found confidence. |

Changing careers and moving away from family. ...keeping my black dog at bay....happy with who I am...doing stuff I love and enjoy that others considered a waste of time....on that one I stage managed my first festival stage yesterday and being told it was neatest setup and hassle free by headliners they have been too on a while made me so happy #littlethings |

Wasn't aware I had been accused of being a sailor. But as the Royal Marines is the United Kingdom's amphibious light infantry force, forming part of the Naval Service, along with the Royal Navy. This would explain why i would have played for the navy?????? Or would you like my service number and pictures too |

Dragging myself to the UK and taking advantage of what I could get.
Knuckling down at School.
And then obtaining and doing a very rewarding job on many levels. This has helped me achieve a good standard of living and the trappings that go with it.
Which after my shitty childhood was sadly my main aim in life. So in that way I have achieved. |

Came back from death on the operating table, your heart has to be stopped for a certain length of time to be pronounced dead, after that time the surgeons kept fighting and brought me back, it was a long way to recovery after but glad I did |

Surviving this long! (no joke)
My degree was a big one.
Ending two long-term relationships (8 years and 7 years respectively).
Scoring 90% on my end of module assessment for my first Master's degree module. It required writing a literature review and a critique and comparison of 3 papers chosen by me from peer-reviewed journals. (It's 8.5% of the entire Master's mark) |

Personally I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who gets through Commando training, some of the toughest basic training in the British military. Furthermore, having held a commission in the RN myself, I too would consider passing out of training as one of the proudest days of my life. Nothing wrong with the Royal Navy, that's why it's known as the Senior Service. |

Mine is completely changing careers 3 times, passing exams and retraining etc. The last time I did this was 6 years ago and I vowed that I was going to settle into I retired.
And then I started a rather unlikely business venture which wasn't intended to be serious. That was a year ago and I am having to turn custom away because I can't keep up with the demand, I'm in my employed job 3 days a week |

Maybe Lands End to John O Groats.I had the heaviest bloody panniers and bike too. And no training. AND a knackered ITB band when I started!
Made a decision to climb off at Liskeard station as the pain was so bad. It was awful. But I persevered and by the time we'd reached the Peak District i was flying(almost literally on some of those descents;dodging cattle on the road aside). |
