I'm liking a bit of Elle King at the moment.

Other than that I have a 90's dance mix blasting.

Running outside I use Guns N Roses.

I had to read maroon 5 twice to check for sarcasm! Next we're going to hear that we should watch titanic before going to the gym for a pump up!

London / Herts

Some people might think I'm mad, but I can't listen to music whilst working out. I literally forget to breathe I focus very intently on my breathing when working out, I guess...

The issue with music is everyone has a different taste but here's a few of mine:

Awolnation - Sail (or Sail Gravity Remix), Soul Wars, Wake up

Imagine Dragons - Radioactive, Fallen, Gold, I'm So Sorry (very energetic),

Fort Minor - Remember the name

ACDC - Thunderstruck

Linkin Park - Papercut, Hand held high, Nobody's Listening, Numb

Extreme Music - Bring me back to life

Three Days Grace - Riot, Time of Dying, Animal I have become

Eminem - Lose Yourself, Till I collapse, Won't back down, Survival

You can also listen to motivational videos :D, that's what I do when I'm on the treadmill a complete game changer in my opinion! ("Mateusz M" on youtube has a few motivational videos)
