i think it depends on the persons frame..

if youve a really petite lady size 8 with D cup her boobs will look huge

if i were to have D cup boobs being a dress size 28 id have tiny boobs

with people getting larger id say D is kinda average ish these days.. E/F is say is getting in the realms of being 'big'

Well most shops "ordinary" range go up to an e cup so i guess when you have to buy from the larger cup size range

I'd probably say sizes from a DD.

In my younger slimmer days many moons ago I used to be a 32dd and my boobs looked huge. I am now a 36G and I would class them as big.
