"Who brings in the third plate?"
I spotted that, too. They have an off-camera third plate server. Minimum wage, I would wager. Never saw it advertised. Probably the DG's son. You know, apprenticeships and all. |

One thing that's always made me ponder is that if they all do finish at the same time the last person to dish up would at a disadvantage especially if they've made something that needs serving immediately, soufflé etc. |
