I spotted that, too. They have an off-camera third plate server. Minimum wage, I would wager. Never saw it advertised. Probably the DG's son. You know, apprenticeships and all.

One thing that's always made me ponder is that if they all do finish at the same time the last person to dish up would at a disadvantage especially if they've made something that needs serving immediately, soufflé etc.
