Generally I fall asleep really quickly, but often wake up stupidly early. Then can't get back off.
Mr is a night owl and stays up late but can sleep in - unless I accidentally wake him up of course .....

I am a night owl. Never got over living in the states for ten years so I am on LA time. I love a lie in too. I am a very light sleeper. I think this is a parent thing, even though mine are in their teens, if they turn in their beds, I wake up ... but thankfully only when they are in bed at home. Saying that, I am awake and Mr, the morning person has been up and gone back to sleep ... |

I'm like you... I fall asleep quickly and wake up early.. If I have 6 hours it's been a good night...
However every couple of weeks or so I get about 9 hours as it all catches up with me.. |

Normally I'll get 6-7 hours easy. The past week has been hell though. Didn't get any last night so feeling like crap today. Mr on the other hand is quite happily snoring away

I sit up to all hrs but fall asleep as soon as head hits the pillow. I cld waken maybe once or twice during the night but do get back over again. Hubby is then up at 6 for wrk & he's like a bloody elephant. |

Yes, generally I am a really good sleeper. I'll sleep 12-13 hours if someone doesn't wake me. But lately I've been having extended periods of time where getting to sleep has been difficult |

I'm a night owl and find it hard to wind down. As soon as I'm asleep though I'm impossible to wake.
I'd love to be a morning person - the lives we've created seem so much more suited to that way. |

Nope. Not really. Don't really sleep well unless I've given someone a good seeing to then spoon afterwards. When I'm on my own I rarely get any more than 5 hours and wake up at least once during the night. Boooo! |

I used to be a great sleeper before having kids. Now it takes me a while to unwind & I wake at the slightest noise.
I do still enjoy laying in & having a doze on a Saturday morning. |

Mostly however my bladder always wakes me up early. Sometimes I get back to sleep, sometimes I don't. If I have been the pub for a few beers my sleep is very broken for the same reason |

I'm out like a light too but I'm told my snoring is out of control - just did the sleep study and ice got crazy high apnea numbers. that explains why I always feel tired even after a great sleep. |

"A lie in for me is no later than 9am. No matter what time I got to bed......
Obviously I'm scared I'm missing something x"
Ha! Em only needs 10 mins sleep then she is ready to rock n roll again! Don't know how she does it...
Probably because she is super woman |

I slept through a car being torched outside a old house of ours. Car going bang fire brigade and police with lights and sirens never even blinked a eye. G can sleep through the bedroom being hovered |
