Out of interest.

Does anyone on the site stand as I do under magna carter 1215 by invocation of article 61.

Does anyone stand lawfully with me to protect our constitution against treason?

Most interested in other south west lawful people but happy to converse with others who stand under magna carter 1215

I was in Brixham the other day and it was full of pirates. They are having a pirate festival from the end of April.

First off that's how is. I've signed to several barons but thanks anyway.

What and you don't think we was shoe horned into the EU . You think it was right the queen committed treason when she signed great Britain away to EU. She the only monarch to have breached her oath in office. Clearly you know little of these matters and obviously ride with the treasonous people of britain . I think it may translate as "vote Leave in the referendum and hang Good Queen Bess the Second for signing the law that allowed us to enter the EU in the first place." I could be wrong though as my Babel Fish is on the blink.

On a slight bent from the conversation. By my calculation, at this precise moment, I am the nearest human being to the place where the magna carta was signed. I have parked my boat on the runnymede stretch of the Thames across the road from the monument. Now I think of it, it is quite humbling.

The constitution is under threat... The queens coronation was filmed live for all to see. In which the queen swore on oath too rule her land by the laws of god.... The laws of god are in black and white in the bible.. These state that we cannot add not take laws away... So in my opinion the first time the queen gave royal accent to any piece of legislation she had committed high treason.. She has since committed treason over 3000 times...

All the evidence for this is online if you simply look..

But the bible is a lot of shite you may say.. It means jack shit.. Ok then... The stone of destiny.... Ie her coronation stone..... She was coronated upon a fake... Again go see for yourself...

That means fuck all you may say.... It's only a stone.... Well let me put it like this.... The coronation stone is a vital part of the ceremony... Without it it's like. Someone deciding to get married and just nipping to the neighbour next door to marry you.. He can carry out a ceremony sure.. But it won't be cecognised in any way. The priest is the stone here.....

As for doing anything... We can't while 90% of the nation is not aware of what is going on...

Just my. Little old opinion......

Membership of the EU is also in breach of the Magna Carta which provides that “no free man shall be disseised of his liberties of free customs nor will we not pass upon him but by law of the land.”

but then if we want to go further;

the Act of Settlements 1700 section 4 which states that “the laws of England are birthright of the people”. It also breaches the principal established in the 1932 case of Vauxhall Estates v Liverpool Corporation IKV733 that “no Parliament may bind its successors” as section 2.1 of the European Communities Act 1972 provides that all obligations created by the European Union treaties can be enforced in Britain and without further enactment thereby giving the European Commission the right to create new laws which are binding on the citizens of the United Kingdom without reference to our own Parliament

and I guess;

It also contravenes the Bill of Rights Act 1689 which provided for freedom of speech and debate and that proceedings in Parliament “ought not to be impeached or questioned in court or any place out of Parliament

but then, who really cares about any of the above?

Reply privately, Reply in forum +quote or View forums list

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

Every treaty ever signed binds the successor parliament!!

However, it doesn't apply in this case anyway as we are free to leave the EU if we want. A simple act of Parliament is sufficient to unwind the treaty if we want to.

I partly agree, though find Latin useful for understanding some stuff, such as plant names. The freedoms for most of us are disappearing and I wonder about when we're placed into concentration camps in the near future, as there's not much work left and have no freedoms whatsoever - that's my optimistic outlook.

Some of these so-called laws are pretty outlandish and would have meant that most of us would be mass murderers by now, with all of those laws in it that tell us to kill people for legion misdemeanours.

And to add, those great lines from the West Wing...

A talk show host defends calling homosexuality an "abomination" by saying that that is what the Bible says in Leviticus 18:22 ("You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; such thing is an abomination.") This annoys President Bartlet who proceeds to ask a few pointed questions about just what one should accept from the Bible.

(Exodus 21:7

"When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she shall not go free as male slaves do.")

"I'm interested in selling my youngest daughter into slavery as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. She's a Georgetown sophomore, speaks fluent Italian, always cleaned the table when it was her turn. What would a good price for her be?"

(Exodus 35:2

"On six days work may be done, but the seventh day shall be sacred to you as the sabbath of complete rest to the LORD. Anyone who does work on that day shall be put to death.")

"My chief of staff, Leo McGarry, insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly says he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself or is it okay to call the police?"

(Leviticus 11

7and the pig, which does indeed have hoofs and is cloven-footed, but does not chew the cud and is therefore unclean for you.

8Their flesh you shall not eat, and their dead bodies you shall not touch; they are unclean for you.")

"Here's one that's really important cause we've got a lot of sports fans in this town: touching the skin of a dead pig makes one unclean. Leviticus 11:7 If they promise to wear gloves can the Washington Redskins still play football? Can Notre Dame? Can West Point?

"Does the whole town really have to be together to stone my brother, John, for planting different crops side by side? Can I burn my mother in a small family gathering for wearing garments made from two different threads?"

Fortunately for us all, society changes. Our written documents, reflecting the morals and structures of their time, become obsolete as we move on.

Well, they become obsolete for most of us anyway, Obviously not for all of us though.

"Latin is still useful though, perhaps unlike this thread.

It's dead... Like the concept of freedom of the common man

I partly agree, though find Latin useful for understanding some stuff, such as plant names. The freedoms for most of us are disappearing and I wonder about when we're placed into concentration camps in the near future, as there's not much work left and have no freedoms whatsoever - that's my optimistic outlook."

.

I think your probably right... Except about the concentration camps, I mean all those camps!! that sounds expensive and elites hate spending money and without "commoners" who'll pay??.

More likely they'll just kill us all with a virus... Probably something like bird flu crossed with measles

I think they will create a flu and then offer everyone a vaccination but the vacination with actually just sterilise 90% of the population.

"so? what about Noah? did he really live to 950 years old?"

And have we established the proper spelling of the aforementioned document?
