I like deep tissue massage for the same reason. The more painful it is, the better I feel afterwards. I see a local sports therapist.
My shoulders were yellow and green with bruises after my last one but the day after that they felt amazing.
I might need to try a Thai massage now to see if it's better. |

There's a Thai massage place in the centre of Norwich, Google tells me. When I get the chance, I'll try it and see.
I get a lot of muscle tension and getting beaten up by a massage therapist helps immensely. |

However to be honest I had one in thialand when I had a bad back and 24 hours later was cured so if I am in pain ago I will go if not in pain you got to be joking  |

A hot oil massage is best but it's a bit strange having someone walk along your back (although I like it  ).
There's a very respectful lady down this way; if you asked for a happy ending she would probably tell you a joke. |
