Everybody finds different things attractive so exceptional is subjective.
To me, I know it when I see it. It's usually based on whether they appeal to me mentally. I tend to need that first; sexual interest follows.
When someone says it they mean they are not looking for loads of meets, they're looking for the men who particularly stand out to them. |

Guys that are on my wavelength, have similar kinks and appeal to my mind are unusual enough for me to consider exceptional.
That's what I'm looking for.
I don't want sex badly enough that I'm looking for "yeah, ok". I'm looking for "OMG". If I can't get it, I choose to go without.
For a relationship, when other factors can be relevant, things may be different but for NSA sex, that's how it is.
