Well starting the gym again. Very soon get back into shape but finding it very stressful finding a decent food diet that I will like or eat and being a very fussy eater I'd hard work |

Are you planning on gaining muscle from the gym and your diet? Or is your focus mainly on weight loss?
I'd encourage several smaller meals each day, if you can. Have good lean protein sources and avoid processed food as much as possible. Fruit juices can be empty calories, with too much sugar - unlike for example some vegetables or fruit eaten whole (chopping is fine!) |

If your planning losing a few pounds then i assume you are doing a cardio work out?
My husband tried diet after diet and in the end he researched on the internet about everything that the body needs to function normally.
Grazing was key to this weight loss and eating a healthy balanced diet of veg, fruit and white meats along with exercise.
He lost just over 5 st in 6 months, it can be done safely just cut out the processed foods..
But weight loss will depend on how much excess weight you have now |

Sod diets, diets do more damage to your insides
So far I've lost just over half a stone and on course to lose stone all I've done is cut out fizzy drinks, alcohol, sweets, chocolate. I drink water and still eat normal meals and I exercise 5 days a week |
