I LOVE good food/drink - but I loathe being overweight - so I'll try the low fat/low sugar version of pretty much every food and drink on the planet and then stick to that if I can stomach it!

Diet lemonade/ etc taste fine to be tbh! Xx

I drink a really low calorie drink that also has no sugar in it. It's called water.

somewhere in the sticks

If you look at the dietary content in 'diet' or 'low fat' foods you'll see that most simply replace the fat or sugar with something else that is usually synthetically manufactured-giving them an artificial taste.

I'm very conscious about what I put into my body & I'm very sensitive to additives & chemicals, so personally I avoid anything that's labelled 'diet' or 'low fat' & always check the label.

With a small amount of effort you quickly realise that there are plenty of nice foods naturally low in fat & sugar without all the 'nasties'.

When I have fizzy drinks, which is rare these days, it's always diet because I find the full fat version to be too sweet

I drink water and coffee mostly. But when I am celebrating something I'll have . I never liked diet things - the taste is always off and I don't see the point.

I've kind of got used to "no added sugar" stuff. But diet ribena is rank. Also I can never get the mix right with the normal one so it has to be from a carton

I only drink diet drinks, to go for the full fat version feels like an enormous waste of calories that I could use on eating something. I don't have that much fizzy pop of any description though really.

I prefer the full fat versions but years of watching my weight has conditioned me ask for the diet option.

I hardly ever drink them so it's not a issue.

Bleurgh, won't touch blue or red. I get the 1% orange top, or at a push I'll have semi-skimmed
