I live in a town where everyone knows everyone and if not you know someone that someone else knows???? Anybody else feel this is true an what areas do we find this ?  |

Most small towns are like it, gossiping people, rumour's and lies. it was nice to move from a small town I lived for 30 years and knew everyone, into a new town and become completely anonymous. Almost peaceful in fact! Love it! |

Thank you again but now I'm thinking about moving house for sexual reasons instead of job change or family lol |

Used to live in a village that was very much like that and what they didn't know about you they made up.
Move to a house in the middle of no where, it's heaven |

I live in a fairly anonymous area. I know my neighbours and make a point of saying hello to peeps. I did once find my neighbour in the scandal pages of Private Eye, but she wouldn't autograph my copy for me  |

One of my neighbours robbed the Bank of England.
They made a film about it.
She has since moved , it's a shame because she used to throw the most wonderful cocktail parties. |

It's a very small area we live in where everyone knows everyone. Within the first 10 min of meeting new people the conversation has turned to who we know in common.
I absolutely adore it as it makes me feel at home, safe and a great place to raise our children.
I love that Michael and I have such along standing background in the area too where our families knew each other before we did.
It is also the reason we are more than happy to travel when involving ourselves in this lifestyle!!! |
