As part of a fry up, with smoked streaky bacon, black pudding, onions, fried slice, mushrooms and fried eggs to dunk in. Mustard on the side, and wash down with lots of OJ and sweet hot creamy coffee!  |

Cooked slowly in the oven. Served with some nice mash potato (adding butter and a splash of milk to make them creamy, bit of salt and pepper) and my home made tomato and onion gravy...proper comfort food.  |
