Andover

We are off for a curry in a hour or so and I'm having a dilemma.

It's a place I've not been to before but heard great things.

Problem is I love chicken tikka vindaloo but really fancy a change.

Vitas it's a place I've never eaten I don't wanna try something new and have a bad impression down my poor choice rather than the quality of the dish.

Maybe stick to a vindaloo for comparisons sake.

It's usually a side dish, so easy enough to try without ruining the meal if you don't like it. The sag bit is the spinach, and the paneer is the cheese.

For a Seriously yummy curry that everyone will love, but Anyone can cook try this:

1 jar pataks tikka curry paste (not sauce)

1 large onion

1 can coconut milk

600g cubed beef

Chop the onion as fine as you can (blitz in blender if you can)

Brown the cubed beef, add the onions for a couple of minutes until the start to soften. Add 1/4 to 1/3 of the jar of tikka paste. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and stir. Cook for 30-40 minutes on a low heat until it has all turned into a curry like consistency.

4 ingredients, no real work apart from chopping an onion and it tastes YUMMY! It is fairly mild, so if you want it hotter add chilli flakes, chilli powered, or finely chopped fresh chillies.
