There was a place I used to ride in the Cotswolds, about 1000 acres of private grassland surrounded by woods over high hills where you could hear nothing but skylarks....heaven. I wonder if they have skylarks in Montana...?

Nah, I like my independence and I wouldn't want to rely on others pulling their weight. I'd rather be responsible solely for myself. Plus they seem culty.

and so long as it was a sexy commune, with medical facilities, and gardening - lots of gardening that wasn't too much hard work coz my joints are a bit fucked now. and places to go where the scenery is pleasant and i could have some peace.

and the people were intelligent enough to converse with but not so intelligent that i don't understand them.

Personally I would love a life free from stress, t , modern worries. Going back to simple ideals sounds good. In reality you would get embroiled in the Commune politics Tec. Maybe grass ain't so green but would love to try. Always wanted to be a hippy!
