I think a knock on the door from the police is far to lighter punishment. .personally I think timewasters should have their fingers lopped off with a pair of bolt cutters. .maybe there toes too ..I'd leave them their thumbs though. .I'm not that cruel. .

Of course it shouldn't! ! I think the police are streamed to the limit as it is dealing with REAL crime .They don't need to have this trivial dross dumped on them.
People are perfectly capable of doing their own due diligence and ing the time wasters .
