Does that mean youre on the list in 3 hours or you will be on the list in 3hrs

I don't remember it being particularly confusing but I'm answering the question from memory, so I could be wrong. Hence saying I think.

Yes, it's how long you want to stay listed as looking for a meet today.

You're added to the list immediately and removed after the amount of time you specify.

I think you just re add when it expires anyway - if you chose 3 then you're still looking. Then just add 3,6,9 whichever suits.
