I don't see why it's needed. The rooms that there are rarely reach capacity, with the exception of a couple of directing rooms at any one time. |

No. Chat rooms allow people to talk to people regardless of local area. If it was just local area you'd talk to the same way people all the time, and they would be those who you knew from your area and local clubs already. |
