I am reading a super book from the people behind QI and did you know (probably!) that the Chicken Tikka Masala was invented in Glasgow!
So my question this morning is - What's your favourite curry? |

A lamb Jalfrezi, and I chew and swallow the green chillis!
My favourite Indian meal will be:
Spicy poppadoms with chutneys, especially the spicy lime ones;
A mixed started with onion bhaji, chicken tikka, etc.;
Lamb Jalfrezi with pilau rice, a sag bhaji, and a garlic nan;
Mango or Pistachio Kulfi icecream;
To be washed down by a Cobra and a salted lasi, and a liqueur coffee to end!
I need to go with a group in order to have the above, as there is no way I could eat all the savoury dishes if I order them indivually on my own! |

I don't have a favourite curry. They don't have a name.
I make my own. Lamb is my favourite. No recipe. I grind my own spices and herbs and always use toms and onions...... curry .... it's curry. |

We can only have it when we can get friends to accompany us, and we have to book this 72 hours in advance at our fave Indian.
You will love it Gran, I have been thinking of cooking it myself one day. |

Don't have a particular favorite, like all currys, but as the takeaway round the corner from me has closed, it's either make your own, or a microwave one.

Mine would have to be a chicken jalfrezi or a sizzling trout or chicken tandoori. To go with it, pilao rice, onion bhaji's, bombay potatoes, naan bread, loads of popadoms, mango chutney, lime pickle and Indian mint sauce.
I go to a mates once a week for a boy's night in and we make our own over a few Tiger beers, quality. |

Unfortunately, none are compatible with swinging as the spices seem to infiltrate all parts of the body.
We always avoid anything spicy before a dirty night out as we don't like to think of other people getting the second-hand effects. It's a shame some other people aren't as fussy lol. |
