...I cba with another one of these but have to submit my comments to my manager.

The over-all performance was rated very good (somehow).

What can I put for my staff comment?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I've got to do one of these for the 12th. Problem is I am on leave now until the 11th. Basically I'll just be putting 'I'm awesome' and hoping we can think of some examples.

I have my appraisal from two years ago in my drawer and last years is kicking round one of the partners desks as he's not bothered to fill in his part. I suggested we should discuss my salary and he replied with 'let's do that over wine in Mallorca' so that'll do me!

I have found my time at the company both interesting and fulfilling. I am delighted to see that you are appreciating my efforts, however I can justify 'very good' instead of 'excellent' by citing the huge amount of time I spend on Fabswingers.com.

If I were to also use this time to work I'd be TOO good at my job and blow you all into the stratosphere.

For simply admitting this much I believe a payrise should be prevalent

What can I put for my staff comment?"

"Finally, she gets it!"

Then, if she says she doesn't get it, give her it.

This is my basic problem with the who thing. It's effing pointless. It's a waste of everyone's time and just keeps Human Remains in bits of paper to shuffle and shred.

Try being the manager having to do it for the whole bloody team! I'm hoping they don't share theirs with each other.

I am a manager and do all my lads ones for them to come in have a coffee and sign, non of them have a prospect of any more money and all are within 5 years of retirement and are counting the days, I still have to go on the training and I still have the pointless box to tick but the lads appreciate the fact I save them from the process. Don't you want a boss like me!

You could use the suggestion box to ask for part-time working hours.

My hours aren't so much flexible as double-jointed.

I really have nothing to complain about. Other than I wish they'd buy me a new bloody printer.

Darling, I know.

Very simply put that you are happy with your work, appreciate their flexibility but a new printer will improve your output and their outcomes.
