What time do you usually hit the hay.
Do you have a routine ?
Do you usuallt go straight to sleep or do something else?
How many hours sleep do you get on average ?

What time do you usually hit the hay? Between 8pm and 4am
Do you have a routine? Only for waking up in the morning at 5.45am
Do you usuallt go straight to sleep or do something else? Usually takes an hour to switch off
How many hours sleep do you get on average? Not enough!   |

I used to be a night owl but as age creeps up I'm starting to favour early nights.
All wrapped up by 10 pm but I rarely sleep well. Hubby on the other hand falls into a deep sleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. I usually read until my eyes fail me.

oh up at 5.30am manage to get about 5hrs sometimes

And I didn't actually answer the question! 
Anywhere between 11pm and 1am. I need to go earlier but seem to get a second wind in the evening.  |

Usually in bed by 11, later at weekends. No specific routine though. Mr is a night owl and 12 is early for him. He says I often fall asleep mid conversation - I'm lucky that I find it easy to go to sleep.

Oh dear, usually half 8 or half 9... a bit later recently.
Routine of kids, bed, me bed. Maybe Walking Dead or a cheesy 80/90s action film in between.
I get about 8 beautiful, interrupted, inconsistent, light hour out of it  |

In bed for 10, both in bed and usually have half hour on here before head hits pillow, cj normally straight asleep but both awake about 5.45 for work.
Although today as both off we slept a whole eight hours.

It varies what time i go to bed sometimes i watch television but mostly listen to a documentry on youtube. I get very little sleep but generally some every night now which is an improvement. Think i had about 3hrs last night |

I aim to be in bed for 10.30 on a school night. Struggle to get to sleep, have a light sleeper/sleepwalking 9 yr old & alarm goes off at 6.20am. If Frank is here I cuddle up & am out like a light
