Princess Beatrix was given a tour of the her local hospital by the most senior eminent surgeon. While walking through the ward she noticed a man masturbating into a jar. "whats going on there" asked the puzzled princess, "poor chap replied the surgeon, "his testicles fill so quick it gets very painful and he has to empty them five times a day". "Oh dear", said Beatrix quite shocked at what she had seen. In the next ward there was a man who was having his cock sucked by a tall blond nurse, "What on earth is going on there!" yelped the princess. "Same thing" replied the surgeon, "only he's got BUPA!"

I know I can have blonde moments but as I read I didn't realise it was a joke at first. It was a funny joke but couldn't think of the significance of having a Dutch monarch as the 'royal visitor' as contributing to its humour. I even read the profile of the OP to see if they were from Holland!!! I guess some British royals simply haven't arrived in my old brain yet!!
