Many many moons ago I was on TV , the programme that helps you get rid of your junk.
I applied for Ready steady cook,got to the interview but didn't make it 
Would love to apply for Come Dine With Me but don't like the idea of anyone rummaging through my stuff

Do it! Just hide the stuff you don't want them to see.
I've only ever been on CCTV I would hate to be on the proper telly, I have an image in my head of what I look and sound like which bears little or no relation to reality.  |

I've been in the background of meetings on the local news three times. They've got a knack of always catching me looking incredibly bored. Every fucking time. And I was in a group scene on a reality tv show for approximately 3 seconds. |

Been on the Bill a few times coz they used to shoot around my neighbourhood a lot. Been on the news. Was seen stage diving on the Word, if anyone remembers that show from the 90's, and also standing in the audience.
My favourite claim though is Dara O'brien talking about my old band on his tour years ago. Ok not TV but I've been told it's on a DVD which was later shown on TV. |

Not so far, but I fancy doing that Bare Grills' island thing.. looks like my kind of challenge.

Not in the UK, but I got interviewed on French TV during the 2006 World Cup, after France qualified from the group stages. "Je suis Eccosais, Allez Les Bleus!" Can make you very popular! |

I've suggested this before. 
Some Come Dine episodes look like half the participants are swingers anyway.

I was interviewed for a documentary about something that I do. Hated it and the BBC twisted it to suit themselves. Been asked three times since but haven't bothered replying to their emails  never again. |

I was on the news, blue peter and a few seasons ago I was shown missing a football in ful glorious hd trying to catch a football on espn QPR vs man city. |

Well since you asked... maybe about 4 or 5 years ago now.
(All extra work and slight average modelling)
Played a waiter in the live episode of emmerdale.
Coronation Street numerous times.
Hollyoaks.
Stone Roses.
Blood.
Bedlam.
Moving on.
Modelling for real radio and HP.
The list is endless.
However it's nothing really.
