Spot!!!

I have a painful spot on my chin. I never get spots but this bugger hurts n won't go!

What's the best thing to use on it before I put a paper bag over my head??

No worries. I only get the odd one these days. I have a clean and clear gel that dries clear i put that on under makeup xx

Sudocreme dab on it - draws the poison out. I think they feel worse to the person that has them then they look. I claimed to have a volcano the other day - apparently I was exaggerating.

I tried that yesterday.... I didn't take my make up of Friday night so think that may be why.... It bloody hurts though xc

Head over a hot bowl of water, covered with a towel, steam for a few minutes to open your pores and then use cotton buds to squeeze that bad boy.

I don't get spots often but when I do Put the hottest water you can bear on a flannel and hold it on the blighter for as long as you can. Give it a little squeeze then when you think it's all out put toothpaste or sudocream on it

Never squeeze!!

It makes them worse by pushing the infection further in to the surrounding tissue.

If you must have a go at them, lancing with a sterile needle is better,
