Has anyone ever bought a copy of the leading brand phones from China? If so, what website would you recommend?

I had a mate who bought a dodgy Chinese knockoff iphone once. The battery charge used to hold for all of 2 hours

I've got a Ulefone Be Touch 2 (looks very much like the latest iPhones) that I bought via Gear Best 6 months ago for a total of £165.

It's a dual SIM phone and my only complaint is that the camera keeps crashing but for me that isn't a deal breaker.

(I do have my suspicion it that that may actually be down to a dodgy micorSD card though as seems better behaved if I use internal storage)

Battery life is excellent, take it off charge at around 07:00 and I normally (unless I've had a pretty busy day) don't have to put it back on charge until I go to bed at night.

Another option is to look at the own Branded Phones from Argos if you want a bit more peace of mind.

My son is currently running a Bush Spira E2X (another Dual Sim phone) which cost him around £130 although they have other Bush models for as little as £80

The only problem I have come across is some of the branded clones run on internal SD cards not memory on board and the are utter crap replace and they work fine . The displays can be a bit washed out or flimsy best thing I find is Google a review for model you are looking at I use either tiny deal or Alibaba

My son bought a Doogee phone. Yep I hadn't heard of it either. Cost him around £50 of eBay. He thinks it great but I think I will stick to my Samsung. Had it two years and it still works fine.
