what do ya all reckon to the new blocking? if u block, they now cant even view yr profile

Yes its me again..!!!!!
I have a problem with one guy alot of the times and have done since joining the site, after alot of nasty e-mails from him i blocked him and peace at last, then he changed his profile and it all started again so i reported him and admin deleted his profile and again peace but not for long as all he did was make another new profile and now he is at it again..so what im really trying to say and making a balls of it whats the point of blocking or deleting someone when they just make a new profile..???..xxxx
