Surely Vardy has to start after last night and the form he has been in for Leicester City. I'd start Kane with Vardy. Rooney will take a while to get back to match fitness, and strikers sometimes get a bit rusty when they've not played for a while through injury. |

It pains me to say it but let Deli Alli have his place. I wouldn't give Rooney a football let alone a start. If we actually want to win things there should be no room for sentiment. |

I think there's definitely a place for him, I just don't think he's the "shoe in" he used to be but then he has been at it what nearly 16 years now so plenty of experience for some situations |
