I went to be bed early yesterday suffering a severe case of 'can't be arsed' due to a lack of enough sleep recently..woke up this morning having had lots and lots of sleep. I got up and found that my left hip had completely seized up...what the f***?

is this the start of old age?

No, not at 43. Ibuprofen, paracetamol and gentle movement if you can then if it doesn't get better see the quack.

You might just have been in one position too long.

Add a few more years and there is more still to look forward to...but, so far, the vital equipment is still working fine
