"Read.
There is no point laying there trying to sleep, it will never happen. So read a book or watch something on my tab with earphones in to stop hubby killing me."

"I woke up at 1.30 a few days ago and had a panic because I thought I'd slept through the day. Then I noticed it was dark. I'd only been asleep 2 or 3 hours. "
I did the opportunity. Was in a hotel with a man overnight,we woke up and saw it was just getting light so went back to sleep. Shortly afterwards housekeeping woke us up,so I made a cup of tea and he put his phone on charge. By then I noticed it had gotten darker, not lighter. When he looked at his phone it was 4.30 pm. We had slept through the day. |
