It's hard to phrase it but anything too polite / medical sounding during sex ~ like coitus, intercourse, penis, vagina I find off putting. I much prefer if you want to fuck me, then use that word.

Using correct terms for body parts - penis, vagina, anus, breasts etc - sounds so clinical and cold to me.
