Its a Hook up website that relies heavily on its picture content, people want to see pics, wether it be so they can see who they are meeting or even if its just to peruse, the sexual content causes arousal and more interest and prompts guys to seek meets, as said Videos would enhance this....

Videos take up huge amounts of storage and bandwidth.
Adverts to pay for it would make Fabswingers end up like other video sites with all the popups. Do you really want that?
Photos allow you to show yourself.
Photos are easy to anonymise, unlike video. |

Video is easy to crop , cut and rub out faces etc ... Besides those in videos can hide their faces, wear masks or the cameras can be angled for shots were faces are not in the frame...
Your other reason to oppose Videos, who would be bothe_ed by a few pop ups that can be easily blocked when you can view some good amatuer video clips ...
As said my fiver could cover the expense of me uploading videos and a lot , lot more, after all many websites have a video feature for free |

I'm not techie minded but I'm pretty sure the software here has been here for at least ten years. Chances are it doesn't have the capabilities for video never mind the bandwidth to support them. To implement that, I would guess, would mean a whole new system and who pays for that?
If it's not broke, why fix it? As has been said, there are loads of sites specifically for videos... why not upload to those and if you want to share them then use the messaging system. Then you can pick and choose who you share them with. |

I'm not techie minded but I'm pretty sure the software here has been here for at least ten years. Chances are it doesn't have the capabilities for video never mind the bandwidth to support them. To implement that, I would guess, would mean a whole new system and who pays for that?

There are other Hook up websites that do very well that give one the opportunity to upload and view videos for free, some here keep going on about cost etc, it gives the impression that somebody is seeking to stage manage this thread to give the bogus impression that videos are not for this website and that members dont want them...
As stated I pay for my membership here, allowing paying members to post a few videos along with their pics is no big deal... |
