Do any other women struggle to accept their new shape? Had a meet and was horrified at how self conscious I was. Mine are so much smaller than they used to be and it feels a big part of my sexual identity has disappeared...

I don't know what they were like before, but they look great in your photo. Don't judge yourself too harshly - you look awesome! x

I remember when I was feeding and my boobs were massive, they have definitely reduced in size to the I was 11 years ago before I had my kids.

It's a difficult one, I loved having bigger boobs but over time I have found that now they are smaller they are actually more sensitive, especially my nipples, and actually I enjoy them being played with more than when I was feeding and bigger.

Is it really feeding or just pregnancy, hormones, weight gain/loss etc?

I fed both mine, the second one for 11 months exclusively (obviously she had solids later in that time). There's a really small age gap between my kids so I went from pregnant to feeding to pregnant to feeding.

When all was done I'd grown 3 to 4 cup sizes.

I can't understand how feeding alone can affect others as I was bigger towards the end of each pregnancy rather than when feeding.

Not disputing it, it's a genuine question given lots say it and my experience is the opposite.

Also not had a look at your pics yet so it's not a personal comment, just throwing it out there as I'm interested in what others think.

With my first child I didn't gain any weight, I was back in my normal size jeans the day after giving birth, the only thing that changed was my boob size which only increased once I'd given birth, and then decreased again.

is your baby quite young still? it takes time to adjust to everything going on, especially when you haven't had much time to focus on yourself because of a newborn.

i fed 3 of my kids, went up to an F cup and loved the big boobs at the time, then lost weight and they're down to a B/C cup and i don't really remember what it was like to have big boobs. i don't worry about them much, don't really like it when they get veiny but i don't concentrate on it.

My boobs were definitely smaller before I breastfed my son but I only did it for about 6 months.. It was me that gained in size rather than my boobs at the time ... Once I lost the weight my boobs went bigger if that makes senses

I think it might surprise you have realistic guys can be about these things.

Do we like the pert breasts of a 21-year old porn star ? - yup you bet.

Do we expect to see them on a partner after child birth - nope. Is it a problem - nope.

As a man, I don't have tits, but in my early 20's I had a ripped stomach almost regardless of what I ate. Now it's much harder to look like that so if my wife can accept the changes in my body then it's really not a problem for me to do the same.

mine are fucked since having kids. I had to put weight on just so they fill out. Lose weight and they turn into Spaniels ears. That's my excuse

As a health professional I can agree with this. It's not 'feeding' that does it.

Girl, look at it this way, you grew both a baby and a new organ. I think a woman's body is a sight to behold after pregnancy. It's like my stretchmarks. Yes they limit my wardrobe but who needs a crop top when you've got three new best mates

..

I was DD before my first.. F while breast feeding.. Now I'm a B - C depending on weight.. Which varies during training.

I was self conscious for a long time.. But you get used to your new shape

Same here!

With me it's always a trade-off!

If everywhere else is slim/thin then I have spaniels ears! To have even half decent squidgy's I have to have a tummy too! Life's a bitch!!

Nothing wrong with a set of spaniels ears... ironically they look good when a woman is in doggy because they swing more

I understand it's not the breastfeeding per se that causes the changes but as I've only recently stopped it feels that way! I've had three in fairly quick succession (5,3 & 8 months) and I think it's trying to adjust to the overall body changes... As much as I love what my body has accomplished I find myself missing my old double Ds. Reassuring hear others have the same difficulty. Thanks everyone x

"Mine stayed exactly the same, advantages of implants!"

Ooooh I'm so tempted...

I've realised what it is; my boobs were such a focal point of my sex life before. I loved having them played with and they made me feel very sexy. Now they are rather deflated and I feel very self conscious about having them touched. I was convinced they wouldn't feel that nice for him to play with and so didn't enjoy myself. How do you learn to love your body again?!!

How about starting slowly? So maybe introduce some sexy lingerie into your play meets like a basque / corset ~ push those babies up. If you make it part of it as opposed to taking it all off I'm sure that would help you feel sexier.

Don't forget your body has been through a lot of changes & your hormones are probably raging..x

Ladies; don't worry about it;

Some guys like big breasts, some like small ones;

Some just like breasts, whatever they are; and the person they are part of....

Bit like women and cocks really.....

County Durham

It's not feeding that changes your boobs. It's pregnancy. All that relaxin hormone and extra blood flow and what not. Causes chaos.

As an aside. I fed for 28 months and my boobs are more sensitive than they were before. Before I didn't really get much sensation from them, now I do and it's fabulous.

Mine were an e cup before pregnancy and they never bloody changed!!
