Both critics and fans who are being honest about it say it's a mess of a film. It doesn't know what it wants to say and there's alot of shoehorned Justice League references.
Also apparently if you've seen the trailers, then that's all the surprises gone already.
And spoiler alert, Batman kills people in it. With absolutely no context to why he does it. Just completely blows people away. |

It was great. Glowing reviews from everyone leaving the midnight showing. Affleck was better than Bale though that doesn't say much. Affleck is a good actor so your urrggh seems a bit petty and ill informed. Still always best to judge the film before seeing it eh? If you have doubts go with an open mind and an empty bladder as it's good and long but doesn't drag.
Oh and Daredevil wasn't the actors fault the script was a bit weak. |

"Reviews are saying it's not that great, so I'm in no rush to see it " Did the midnight showing ; Don't believe the reviews, this is a fan to movie. It has some minor issues, but they are far outweighed by the action, spectacle and pure joy of finally seeing the live action holy trinity on the big screen.

"3 words....Ben Affleck, Urghh! Everyone is saying he's the best part
Which is not a mark in its' favour " Actually it is. He as the perfect Bruce Wayne and Batman for this period in the characters life. Truly amazing. |

"Still have no idea what they were thinking having Batman kill people
Yeah that's kind of like having The Punisher not kill anyone. Not true to the origins of the character. " Marvel definitely didn't make that mistake haha |

"Still have no idea what they were thinking having Batman kill people"
The storyline of having batman fighting superman to the death wouldn't make sense if we didn't think they had the potential to kill each other.
Superman killed Zod at the end of man of steel, so batman had to be shown as a killer. |

"I don't get it. I thought they were both meant to be heroes so why fight each other??"
Without giving away spoilers its all in the movie why they fight each other the end of Man of Steel you get Bruce/Batman's view on Superman
it would get a 9 out 10 for me i see a few issues but this is a movie you have to see in the cinema as they dont spoil it in the trailers. |

I went this morning.
Pros: Wonder Woman. And Affleck is excellent, as both Bruce and Bats. These two hold up the entire film.
Cons: bad directing, poor plot, bizarre sequences and plot points that I assume are related to upcoming films, a weak Superman and Lex Luthor is terrible.
Overall, I didn't hate it. I thought it was ok but I'm not in a hurry to see it again. |

I thought it was a good movie the plot holes i would say you can tell where they have cut scenes in the movie but with the blu-ray r-rated extra 30mins i think will address that. |

I don't think an extra 30 mins will help tbh |

In any media IP with an already-established fan base there is large scope for pandering.
In the instance of this movie it also benefits from the superhero genre having a renaissance over the last decade.
These two things combined mean that the film doesn't NEED to be good.
That, coupled with, in our opinion, very poor casting choices(not just Afleck)make us very uninspired to go and see it
DC has a lot to learn about establishing a movie universe, from what we can tell. Little hope for this movie, unfortunately. |

"They explain why they're fighting in the film, can you not read lol Or should I just spoil it lol"
They can try and explain it all they want. It doesn't add up. They're both the good guys, as I said.

Thre is alot of comics/graphic novels out there with alot of storylines.
To help you out figure why Batman and Superman fight you could read the gra[hic novel '' The Dark Knight Returns or watch the movie version of it. |
