your first ever smoochy dance

Good evening Fabbers Friends and Forumites.

Good Gravy its mid week already , time is jolly well flying by.

Pooch and I have just had a fantastic wander on our hill. Spring most certainly has sprung. The birds are in full song. A gentle mist hovering across the fields on our way home.

We passed the time.discussing life the universe and every thing , I am sure some of you know the answer to which is 42.

One topic that arose was my fist ever slow dance . Who it was with and the song playing.

Mine was with a friend called Mary at a school disco. The song was True by Spandau Ballet. A last dance standard.

Mary and I are still chums and I once asked her why me , she said she saw me standing alone and felt sorry for me ,, awww. Then after the dance felt sorry for her squished toes lol.

So chums this evenings question is

With whome was your first ever slow dnce? , Where was it ? And what song was playing ?

Have spiffing fun chums

Taff and Pooch

14 to 18 night. Top Rank Southampton. Use to get the train from Winchester. There was me dressed up looking like a Pierrot doll. Leaping around the dance floor pretending to dance when a slow record was put on. I started to walk off the floor when .. wait.. a girl is smiling at me. A girl is actually smiling at me. A real one. Smiling back i walked over and asked if she wanted to dance. She said yes ! WOW ! Slowly moving around in circles , feet doing there own thing. Suddenly she laughed ! No ! I thought , what's wrong ! It's ok she was laughing at the amount of make up i had on ! Then as we danced...she kissed me ! A real kiss from a real girl ! Wow ! And it was nice too ! So at rge tender age of 15 i had my first slow dance

School Valentines disco, the song was puppy love and I was 12, it turned into real puppy love as he asked me to be his girlfriend and we went out for two years.

My first dance with a guy was to TLC's No Scrubs when I was 10.

I don't remember ever slow dancing with anyone other than my dad at my sister's wedding.

Puppy love by Donny Osmond, who I would have had for a boyfriend too if only he had asked.

School disco, aged 15. With Matthew, the boyfriend at the time. Dazzling blue eyes and a nice snogger. Also Spandau Ballet's True. To this day, True always makes me smile!

And I still love a really good snog!

I can't remember her name but I remember the smell of her neck and that I could still smell her perfume on my shirt the next day. All very intoxicating and exciting.

Mine was with Paul Castle from Peckham. It was in the clubhouse at Leysdown,I was wearing a silky trouser suit, with white trousers and a blue and white paisley top. I was 9 and he was 10,I can't remember the song though, but I think it may have been a Donny Osmond song.

Mine was at a family friends 30th. I was 15 and the Birthday girls cousin (he was 18) asked me to dance, I was quite enjoying it but as the guy put his hands on my bum and we 'snogged' I suddenly heard my Dad loudly 'whisper' into his ear "Just so you know, that's my 15 yr old daughters arse you are manhandling" kinda killed the moment!
