I would imagine on here it's not, as those on here have effectively entered into an agreement where those pictures are to be expected.

I don't agree that it's hypocritical. Men and women are inherently different, in the way their brains work. Men tend to be more 'visual' than women. So most men like pictures of breasts, so it's OK for a woman's profile to show them. Far fewer women like pictures of dicks, so men should have more sense than to show them. Men are just sabotaging their chances with 75% (my guess) of women, by having multiple dick-pics on their profile, and a dick-pic as an avatar.

Still, it's another useful filter. If a man thinks the best thing about him is his cock, he probably doesn't have anything more interesting to offer
