Following on from the Bad service thread.
Do you ever comment on good service or ring up the manager and say I had exceptional service today.. XYZ treated me very well today / was compassionate or helpful..
If you are happy with service do say so .. maybe write a note to the boss to show appreciation. So often the bosses never hear this.
If only people did this when you are kind to them. Always complaining moaning shouting and waving fingers in your face.
Just wondered how you all treat good service. |

Yes had an issue in Byron Burger and they sorted it without drama. Got the employees name and sent an email to the head office saying how good they were. Received some Byron Bills as thanks.
Do it in Hotels all the time to I believe good customer service should be rewarded. |

Oh good .. I work in a vet clinic and people thank us but almost never write to boss.
It would be so nice for old grumpy knickers to actually see we do good things instead of always negative.
Very hard to be sensitive and caring when people are yelling at you when you wont give out meds without payment or insist we see an animal for a recheck before giving more.
People are upset and sensitive when they love a pet but still complain constantly about price they take it out on front staff .
Nice to hear people are positive as well as negative. |

I have to admit that our customers aren't slow to show their appreciation of good service.
I've been given hugs, boxes of chocolates, tins of biscuits and krispy kreme donuts just for putting in that little bit extra on their behalf Of course said goodies are shared with the team lol sharing is caring after all.
But for all the moans and groans you get in everyday life at work it's nice to know there are people out there who appreciate the effort you put in. Little moments like that make all the difference |
