But it's a holiday weekend and a glorious morning, so cheer up folks!!

I'm off to do some zen dressage in the sunshine in a bit...

What's zen dressage ?

And you're right, I saw some lambs being born last weekend and made me think. Spring is sprung!

Absolutely!!

The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and the birds are singing.

Spring is truly here.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I'm going to call my sports therapist in a little while, once she starts work, in the hope she can torture me today.

It looks as though it will be a nice day here. I have some work to do but I may be able to do some of it outside if it's warm enough.

Oh just I need to go watch some lambs. ... zen dressage is just what I call my quiet, soft, chilled version of horse training under saddle!

Having a sports massage was I think the most painful experience of my life (well after smashing my arm up). I find osteos and chiros much less painful and far more effective?

Yes, it's painful but when my shoulders get all knotted up, nothing works quite like it.

In a weird way I now enjoy that it hurts because that suggests it's helping.

I usually feel bruised for 2 or 3 days following a good deep tissue massage. After that it's blissful.

The best/worst experience was Chinese cupping. My back looked like I'd been beaten with a hefty lump of timber. I was black and blue for days.

I wasn't sure I would be able to swim much because I had 'jivers shoulder' but in fact it sorted it, and Keiss my back pretty loose too!

I don't think I can move my arms enough to swim at the moment!

I float pretty well though.

It's sunny

My plan for the day is sorted. Time has been scheduled for drinking pretend wine and pretending to work in the garden.

Great day for it - I had a lovely ride and them sat in the sun for a spell chatting. It must be nearly Pimm's o'clock....
