Some of you may know I've been on dog shit watch its been a joke with my friends.
A yway its always the same place. Three weeks ago I was so angry I put something on facebook and opened my page so everyone could see it.Next morning I went to clean it up it had gone and none since (it was at least three times a week) don't know if its coincidence but feeling pretty smug with myself |

I've started getting into arguments with people over it. I have two dogs and always clean up after them, but there has been more and more dog shit in the parks we go to.
So now Marc and I go up to people and tell them off if they don't pick up after their dogs. It's getting a bit out of hand
I think we've scared a good number of people, though |

"I just post it through their letterbox "
I think all cat and dog shit should have a marker chip in it so people can buy scanners to find out the address of the owner
You could then get special envelopes free for say the library and send it back to the owner by post .
The cost would be recovers from the owner by direct debit |

That wouldn't work for cats though as there is no law about cats shitting in public or the owners having to clean it up
As for dog shit it still amazes me how many times a day I walk by people who just walk off and leave their mess on the street |

"We live right next to a park so get a lot of dog walkers up and down our road.
If I see someone not clearing up after their dog, I tell them as it's something that really bugs me.
"
Me too I walk by and make a sarky comment
I guess I'm lucky as my dog won't crap anywhere besides the back yard, no idea why, I guess he just likes his own loo you can walk him for hours and he never shits but as soon as we get home he goes straight on the back garden and does one I couldn't just leave it if he did though
My daugher has a friend that has spina bifida so in a wheel chair when she don't see the dog mess and rolls through it the crap gets all over her sleeves as she pushes the rims on her wheels, its just so thoughtless |

"I agree about irresponsible dog owners, but if you have a garden and don't have a cat or a dog yourself, you have a cat toilet."
I agree but there really is nothing that can be done about cats, the law allows them to roam freely and there is no way you can follow your cat around over roof tops and fences watching where they shit |
