So as we're getting married in 12 months time, Belle and I have decided we're back on the healthy eating and upping the gym. Automatically as soon as we said it, I want chocolate! I want beer! I want nachos!!!!

Oh it's so unfair!

I've lost 2 dress sizes recently and I believe my success was not denying my body of the bad stuff, I have one cheat day a week...good luck with it

Oh god, be careful! I did Insanity a few months before my wedding and my dress had to be taken in two full sizes. It was fucking expensive and now I can't zip it up anymore

Cancel the wedding. Chocolate is much nicer than one boring day.

I actually had plans to cut it short and dye it another color to make it a dress I could wear for special occasions, but not anymore...

You can still have it, many peeps forget its all about portion control, instead of a whole bar, have 2 or 3 squares.

Could you put a piece of material in the back and do like a lacing thing over it? Kind of corset effect.

We done the "lean in 15" thing last year before we went to Australia, and we were great on it! Since coming back our holidays we've just been loving life too much!

It is all about moderation. You can pretty much eat what you like if you are burning off the calories via exercise. Obviously, if you want to be healthier then it is a change of diet along with exercise.

General rule of thumb, is if it hasn't been grown or come directly off an animal it probably is not good for you.

We did really well with the 5:2 diet, two days on 500 calories and then eat as you normally would the other days.
